Why South America is best to travel

Ok, so this is just my opinion about traveling the different parts of the world and maybe it’s only the best for me. My argumentation is based on my experience/what people told me so far/what I think about the rest of the world. And, as always, don’t take too seriously. Let’s just start: USA/Canada Ok, this is already divided as USA and Canada are as different as my left and right hand. I’m sorry to say but the USA suck to travel. Don’t get me wrong it’s a beautiful country regarding the landscapes and the people. The culture, well, you can argue about. But public transport is basically not existend and those little you have are really expensive. Renting a car, however, is incredibly cheap, for Europeans, and totally recommended if you want to travel for a longer time in the US. Then again it depends where in the States you are. I’ve been gone for half a year now and I just wanted to post a little review of what I’ve experienced in the last six months: – been to 10 countries on 3 continents – flew 16 times – climbed up to 4,500 m (14,764 ft), didn’t crack the 5K but next time – seen 2 of the 7 seven new world wonders – ate guinea pig, llama, a bull’s testicle, raw fish (not sushi) and a burger bigger than my head – found out that being a vegetarian is not too bad after all – saw blue lizards – and the most beautiful snail shell ever – tried some new drugs and now can tell it’s nothing for me – didn’t drink at all for one month – was bathing in three of the world seas – slept in a hammock – slept on the beach – took a shower under the stars – saw the milky way – been to two kinds of desert and slept in both – got a piercing – got rid of my piercing – got three new tattoos – worked in three different hostels – met hundreds of people – forgot that I met half of them – started to use tinder
